Online Community Unconfernece East: A report back

We had a fantastic OC Unconference East in New York City last Thursday. Over one hundred online community and social media professionals were in attendance, and we had over 40 collaborative sessions. I’ve captured highlights below. I’ve also just opened up the Unconference wiki, so you can check out the session notes for yourself.

Organizations in attendance included:

  1. Wow, the notes on the wiki are sketchy but fascinating. Looks like plenty of good insights and details were swapped in the East, as in years past in the West. Bravo, Bill.

  2. Hey Gail – yeah, we actually made a BIGGER deal out of taking notes for the sessions this time, and we had poorer results. Go figure 🙂 I know several of the session leads still plan on posting, so be sure to check back.
